- 9.45 - Debrief of the day’s activities
- 10.00 - Individual Circuit training & Team Circuits
- 11.00 - Snacks
- 11.15 - Core/Body weight workout/Gym session (1.5 hrs incl travel)
- 12.45 - Rest
- 13.00 - Lunch
- 14.00 - Nutrition and Training method master class
- 15.00 - 3 hour fitness adventure (Hike/ Bike/ Jog) Includes snack
- 18.00 - Rest
- 18.30 - Dinner
- 20.00 - Relax and recover time/Massage
