  • 8.00 - Personal Daily Fitness Review
  • 8.15 - Morning walk and static stretches/Yoga
  • 8.45 - Breakfast
  • 9.45 - Debrief of the day’s activities
  • 10.00 - Individual Circuit training & Team Circuits
  • 11.00 - Snacks
  • 11.15 - Core/Body weight workout/Gym session (1.5 hrs incl travel)
  • 12.45 - Rest
  • 13.00 - Lunch
  • 14.00 - Nutrition and Training method master class
  • 15.00 - 3 hour fitness adventure (Hike/ Bike/ Jog) Includes snack
  • 18.00 - Rest
  • 18.30 - Dinner
  • 20.00 - Relax and recover time/Massage
